Register nowRegistering an account
Registration takes about two minutes and needs no documents up front. Open the operator's site, choose Register, and fill in the short form. You will need a working email address, a password, and a decision on your account currency — that last one is permanent, so pick the currency you will actually deposit in.
Open the registration form
Go to the operator's site and select Register or Sign up. The form is short: email, password, currency and country.
Enter your details
Use your real name exactly as it appears on your ID. A mismatch between your account name and your documents is the most common cause of a blocked withdrawal later.
Choose your currency
Pick from the national currencies and cryptocurrencies offered. This cannot be changed after the account is created, so choose deliberately.
Confirm your email
A verification link arrives within a minute or two. Clicking it activates the account. Check your spam folder before requesting a second message.
Deposit and opt in
Open the cashier, deposit at least 23 C$, and tick the welcome-offer box or enter a promo code before confirming. A bonus cannot be added to a deposit after it has gone through.
Signing in
Select Login on the operator's site, enter the email address you registered with and your password. If two-factor authentication is switched on you will also be asked for a code from your authenticator app. Sessions expire after a period of inactivity, which is deliberate — it protects the balance on a shared or lost device.
Forgotten password
Use the Forgot password link on the operator's login screen. A reset link is emailed to your registered address and is valid for a limited window. If it does not arrive, check spam first, then confirm you are using the address you actually registered with — contacting live chat from a different address will not identify you.
Start with the welcome package
Three matched deposits worth up to 230 C$ in bonus funds, plus 250 free spins on selected slots.

| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| Password rejected | Reset it rather than retrying. Repeated failures temporarily lock the account for security. |
| Account locked | Usually a security trigger or an open self-exclusion. Live chat can confirm which; self-exclusion cannot be lifted early. |
| No verification email | Check spam, wait a few minutes, then request one more. Repeated requests can invalidate earlier links. |
| Two-factor code refused | Your phone clock is probably out of sync. Enable automatic time on the device and try again. |
| Site will not load | Clear the cache or try a private window. If it persists it may be a regional block rather than a fault. |
Keeping the account secure
Switch on two-factor authentication, use a password you have not reused anywhere else, and never sign in over public Wi-Fi without a VPN. The operator will never ask for your password by email or chat — any message that does is a phishing attempt, regardless of how convincing the branding looks.
